Data we collect
We collect: (a) account data you provide — name, email address, password (stored only as a salted hash), and preferred language and currency; (b) data from third-party sign-in providers when you choose to log in with them (see "Third parties" below) — typically your name, email address and a provider account identifier; (c) order data — products purchased, order identifiers, the game keys delivered to you, and limited billing details; (d) payment data processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers); (e) support data — the contents of messages you send us; and (f) technical data — IP address, browser type, device and approximate location derived from your IP, and cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
How we use your data
We use your data to: create and secure your account; process and fulfil your orders and deliver your keys; provide customer support; detect and prevent fraud and abuse; comply with legal and accounting obligations; and, where you have not opted out, send service and transactional emails. Our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running and securing the store, your consent (for optional cookies and marketing), and compliance with legal obligations.
Third parties we share data with
We share the minimum data necessary with the following processors and partners, each governed by its own privacy policy: Google (sign-in / OAuth authentication); Facebook / Meta (sign-in / OAuth authentication and, if enabled, advertising measurement); Discord (sign-in / OAuth authentication and community support); Twitter / X (sign-in / OAuth authentication); Resend (transactional and account email delivery); Zenobank (payment processing); PayPal (payment processing); Gemini (cryptocurrency payment processing); and Cloudflare (content delivery, DNS, bot protection and approximate geolocation). We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, hold your cart and remember your language and currency. Where required, optional analytics or advertising cookies are only set after you consent. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Data retention
We keep account and order data for as long as your account is active and thereafter only as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When you delete your account we remove or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to retain (for example invoices).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and associated personal data yourself at any time from your account settings.
