Subscriptions

A subscription code adds time to an account rather than unlocking a single game. Redeem it where that service tells you to — Game Pass codes go through your Microsoft account, and each product page links to the right place.

Stacking rules vary by service. Some let you add several codes and queue the months up; others cap how far ahead you can go, or refuse a code while a paid subscription with a card on file is running. Check the terms of the service before buying several at once.

Codes are delivered the moment payment clears. A revealed code cannot be returned, so make sure the region and the service match your account first. Codes that fail to redeem are resolved by support within 30 days.
