These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TopPlayer.gg and any purchase you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
The service
TopPlayer.gg sells digital game activation keys. Keys are delivered electronically to your account after your payment is confirmed. We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with the platform owners (such as Steam, Microsoft, Sony or Battle.net) unless explicitly stated.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age in your country to enter a binding contract. We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse or violation of these Terms.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in the currency you select and include applicable taxes where required. We make every effort to display accurate prices and stock, but in case of an obvious pricing error we may cancel the affected order and refund you. An order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.
Delivery
Keys are normally delivered instantly to your account after payment. Some products (for example gift deliveries) may require manual processing and additional information from you; in those cases delivery times are stated on the product or claim page.
Refunds
Because digital keys are consumable and cannot be returned once revealed, an unrevealed key may be eligible for a refund if it is faulty or not as described. Revealed or already-activated keys are generally non-refundable. Contact support and we will assess each case fairly and in line with applicable consumer law.
Acceptable use
You agree not to resell keys in breach of platform rules, use the store for fraud or money laundering, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or use automated means to scrape or place orders without our permission.
Intellectual property
Game titles, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. The TopPlayer.gg name, site design and content are ours and may not be copied without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version and continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
