How Ubisoft Connect keys work
Launch Ubisoft Connect, open the menu in the top left and choose Activate a Key, then paste the code. The game appears in your library and can be downloaded on any machine you sign in from.
Some Ubisoft games sold on other stores also register in Ubisoft Connect, so you may already have an account without realising. Signing in with the same account keeps everything in one library.
The region is stated on every product page before you pay. A key that does not match the region shown is refundable even if you already tried to redeem it; a key you have revealed and that works as described is not. If a code fails to activate, contact support within 30 days.
