WoW 60-Day Game Time Card: US vs EU, How to Redeem It and What to Buy
Updated October 1, 2026.
A World of Warcraft 60-day pre-paid time card is a code that adds 60 days of game time to your account without a recurring subscription. The code is tied to a region, so you must buy the US or the EU version that matches your World of Warcraft account, and you redeem it from the Battle.net "Redeem a Code" box.
What is the World of Warcraft 60-day time card?
It is a pre-paid code for 60 days of World of Warcraft game time, paid once and not renewed automatically. According to Blizzard, prepaid cards work like digital game time: payment is not recurring, unlike a subscription.
On TopPlayer.gg it is sold as a digital key: you pay, the key is revealed in your account, and you redeem it on Battle.net. There are two listings: the US card, for Blizzard's Americas region (North and Latin America), and the EU card, for Europe.
Which region should I buy, US or EU?
Buy the card that matches the region of your World of Warcraft account, not the country you are in. Blizzard states that World of Warcraft codes are locked to one region and that the region of a code cannot be changed: a US account will not accept an EU code, and an EU account will not accept a US one.
| Your WoW account region | Card to buy | Product page |
|---|---|---|
| Americas (North and Latin America) | WoW 60 Days Time Card US | US listing |
| EU | WoW 60 Days Time Card EU | EU listing |
A World of Warcraft account cannot be moved between regions, and characters cannot be transferred from one region to another (Blizzard). A single Battle.net account can hold World of Warcraft accounts in more than one region, so check which one you want to credit. Check your region before you pay and before you reveal the key.
How do I redeem the card on Battle.net?
You redeem it in the "Redeem a Code" box, the same place as any standard Battle.net code. The steps:
- Open the Battle.net Desktop App and log in, or visit account.battle.net/overview in your browser.
- In the desktop app, click your BattleTag profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Redeem a Code" (or use the "Redeem a Code" box on the website).
- Enter your product code into the field and click "Redeem Code".
- Confirm the product details shown.
The key is under "My Orders" in your TopPlayer account after payment. If the code does not add game time, check your Battle.net Balance: Blizzard notes that a card can turn out to be a Balance card instead of a game time card.
How is game time different from a subscription?
Game time is paid once for a fixed number of days, while a subscription renews on its own. Blizzard describes subscriptions as recurring (monthly, every three, six or twelve months) until you pause or cancel them. If you add a subscription while you still have game time, Blizzard does not bill you until the game time runs out.
Is game time the same as buying the Midnight expansion?
No: the time card pays for playing, while Midnight is the expansion. Blizzard's Midnight page says the expansion "requires World of Warcraft Subscription or Game Time", so a time card and an edition of Midnight do different jobs.
TopPlayer sells Midnight as a Battle.net gift: Base, Heroic and Epic. A gift is not a key: after paying you enter your BattleTag on the gift claim page we email you, accept our friend requests and wait out Battle.net's friendship period. The product page states 72 to 96 hours.
Unlike game time codes, Battle.net gifts are not region-locked: Midnight gifts work for World of Warcraft accounts in the Americas and in Europe.
What does each Midnight edition include?
Only the Epic Edition includes game time. Per Blizzard's pre-purchase announcement:
| Edition | Game time included | Main extras |
|---|---|---|
| Base | No | Midnight and The War Within, Enhanced Level 80 Character Boost, Housing Early Access, 500 Trader’s Tender |
| Heroic | No | Base contents plus Lightwing Dragonhawk mount, Lightstrider Raiment transmog set, 1,000 Trader’s Tender |
| Epic | 30 days | Heroic contents plus pets, Voidlight Surger and Voidwing Dragonhawk mounts, Voidstrider Raiment, Midnight Housing Pack, 2,000 Trader’s Tender |
What should I buy for what I want?
Buy whatever fills your gap: time, the expansion, or both.
| What you want | What to buy |
|---|---|
| Keep playing without a recurring charge | A 60-day time card matching your account region (US or EU) |
| Play Midnight and you already have game time or a subscription | A Midnight edition (Base, Heroic or Epic) |
| Play Midnight and have no active time | A Midnight edition plus game time, or the Epic Edition, which includes 30 days |
| Other Blizzard titles | The Battle.net section |
FAQ
Can I use a US card on an EU account?
No. Blizzard says WoW codes are locked to a region and a US account will not accept an EU code, or the other way round.
Does the US card work in Latin America?
Yes. The US card is for Blizzard’s Americas region, which includes Latin America.
Is the 60-day card a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment for 60 days of game time and does not renew by itself.
Does the Midnight Base or Heroic edition include game time?
No. Per Blizzard, only the Epic Edition includes 30 days of game time.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong region?
It depends on what went wrong. If you picked the wrong listing and the key matches what the product page said, a key you have revealed or activated is generally non-refundable, so check the region first. If the key you received does not match the region shown on the product page when you bought it, TopPlayer treats it as "not as described" and it is refundable even if you already tried to redeem it. See the refund policy.
