Battle.net Keys

Battle.net products come in two shapes. A standard code is redeemed at the Battle.net site under Account Settings, in the Redeem a Code section. A gift is sent directly to your account by us: after paying, you give us your BattleTag through the link in your order email or the «Claim!» button on the order in your account.

Gifts take longer than codes: Blizzard only allows a gift 3 days after the sender and receiver become friends. That's why we send you a friend request, and delivery takes 72–96h from when you send us your BattleTag. Support will walk you through it if anything doesn't add up.

Time cards, balance top-ups and in-game currency all redeem the same way as a standard code. As with everything on the site, the region is stated before you pay, and a revealed code cannot be returned.
