How PlayStation accounts and keys work
This page has two kinds of product, and each listing says which one it is before you pay.
An account is a PlayStation account that already owns the game: you receive its email and password, sign in with it on your PS5 or PS4, turn on Console Sharing and Offline Play, download the game from the library and switch back to your own profile to play. Nothing is redeemed on your account, so its region doesn't matter; follow the listing's conditions, such as not changing that account's country.
A PSN key is a code you redeem on your own account, under Redeem Codes on the console or on the PlayStation Store website. Here the region does matter: the code has to match your account's region, and Sony doesn't allow changing an account's country after it is created.
The account details or the code appear in your order once payment clears. A revealed code cannot be returned. PlayStation Store wallet cards have their own page.
